EDUCATION STANDARDS

  1. Learn and add to your knowledge base about your lower back and body. 
  2. Move! We will all get up and apply healthy active stretches and exercises.
  3. Q & A to help apply a personal touch to make your plan fit best for you.  

OBJECTIVES

  1. Live with fewer aches and pains in your lower back.
  2. Enjoy any and all activities without fear or pain.
  3. Join the Spark community of healthy and strong individuals.

MATERIALS NEEDED Virginia physical therapist assisting a client

  1. Wear your workout clothes.
  2. Bring a friend who has not yet joined The Spark Experience. 

ACTIVITY

We will spend an hour in the gym. The first portion will be spent discussing our philosophy of how to remain pain-free. We will demonstrate and then practice several of the exercises. You and Adam will choose how best to apply them to your life.

The last Wednesday of the month at noon.
