Personal Fitness Discovery Session

This informal 30-minute personal fitness session is designed to learn what services we can offer that will help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Based on your goals, we will discuss how many personal training sessions a client will be expected to train to achieve their goals and what length of time should be expected to make improvements in any number of their areas of concern. Sign up for a $59 personal fitness consultation.

Fitness Consultation

A fitness consultation is designed for those who have some exercise background, but feel that they need to be monitored and held accountable. A fitness consult is also good for clients who may have scheduling conflicts and/or financial constraints. Nutritional considerations will be made to maximize the results of the training program and fitness consultant clients receive unlimited access to expert answers to all of your training and fitness questions via email or phone.

This program requires a Full Body Muscular Fitness Assessment (see below) and a Personal Fitness Consultation (see above). We will use the results of the Fitness Assessment along with the information gained in your PT Consultation to design 4 weeks of resistance and/or cardiovascular exercise routines that will maximize your time in the gym and lead to some great results!

The Fitness Consultant Option is $199 for a 4-week custom designed program.

Full Body Muscular Fitness Assessments

Essential to measuring the lasting impact of our training program is setting baseline fitness levels AND monitoring progress on a regular basis. A 30-minute session includes assessments of:

  • Body composition (body fat percentage)
  • Target body measurements
  • Body mass index (BMI) and risk assessment
  • Dynamic and static flexibility
  • Upper body muscular strength and endurance
  • Lower body muscular strength and endurance
  • Core strength and endurance.

Fitness Assessments are $49. Additionally, we will discuss your current health/fitness according to your Assessment values and will be able to provide more detailed feedback of progress through your training program. Clients will receive copies of all materials and a comprehensive understanding of what the measurements mean to their health and wellbeing.
