This informal 30 minute session is designed to learn what services we can offer that will benefit you, the client. Clients come to us with many types of fitness goals. Some are realistic and measurable, and others are not. It is our job to educate EVERYONE WE CAN about these details. We will discuss how many sessions a client will be expected to train to achieve their goals and what length of time should be expected to make improvements in any number of their areas of concern.

Orientation Series
Designed to introduce you to training techniques specific to meeting your personal fitness goals. Offered at a reduced rate and recommended for individuals with limited exercise experience.
One 30-minute fitness consultation and screening: The first step to formulating your specific fitness plan.
Two 60-minute personal fitness training sessions: Work one-on-one with a personal fitness trainer to teach you safe and effective exercise techniques necessary to achieve your highest fitness potential.

Personal Training
The most comprehensive, time efficient and safest way to your fitness goals. Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes long. Within the 1-hour session, clients will perform a warm-up, flexibility training, resistance exercise, cardiovascular conditioning and core strengthening exercises.
Personal Training: as low as $75 per hour and includes ALL of the "non-training" options that follow. Session packages are typically purchased at 8, 12 and 24 session increments, but other arrangements can be made with approval.
Other services such as 30-minute workouts and Buddy Personal Training Packages are also available.

The Gift of Fitness

Full Body Muscular Fitness Assessments
Essential to measuring the lasting impact of our training program is setting baseline fitness levels AND monitoring progress on a regular basis. These 30 minute sessions include assessments of muscular endurance, muscular strength, dynamic flexibility, and functional strength.
Assessment includes tests of:
- body composition (body fat percentage)
- target body measurements
- body mass index (BMI) and risk assessment
- dynamic and static flexibility
- upper body muscular strength and endurance
- lower body muscular strength and endurance
- core strength and endurance.
Fitness Assessments are $49. Additionally, we will discuss your current health/fitness according to your Assessment values and will be able to provide more detailed feedback of progress through your training program. Clients will receive copies of all materials and a comprehensive understanding of what the measurements mean to their health and wellbeing.

Fitness Consultant
This program is designed for those who feel that they need to be monitored and held accountable but have some exercise background to work from. Also, clients who choose this option may do so due to scheduling conflicts and/or financial constraints. This program requires a Full Body Assessment and a Personal Training Consultation.
Additionally, nutritional considerations will be made to maximize the results of the training program. Receive unlimited access to expert answers to all of your training and fitness questions via email or phone.
We will use the results of the Fitness Assessment along with the information gained in your PT Consultation to design 4 weeks of resistance and/or cardiovascular exercise routines that will maximize your time in the gym and lead to some great results!
A Full Body Fitness Assessment (see above for details) is included with this program option. We will reassess the program at 4 week intervals to maintain records of progress and ensure adherence to the program. This program can be continued for as long as you would like desires.
The Fitness Consultant Option is $199 for a 4-week custom designed program. Inquire within.
