Sports Performance Coach
Aaron completed his undergraduate career at Bowling Green State University, including internships working with division-I and division-II athletics programs. After a year of full-time work with the National Institute for Fitness and Sport, he returned to BGSU for his master’s degree. During which, he was a head strength and conditioning coach at the high school level.
Aaron played baseball for over a decade, and stays active now with weight lifting, recreational basketball, and golf. Because of these interests and hobbies, he particularly enjoys working with baseball players and golfers. His passion is in helping any client reach the peak of their potential and perform better and longer in their sport or activity.
Aaron is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also certified in the Functional Movement Screen, and uses this skill to assess movement, allowing for the most effective training strategies to be used for any client.
